Exciting News – Our New Online Parent Hub is Coming!

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are delighted to let you know that we are introducing a brand new Online Parent Hub to make managing your child's place at Funtasia Kids Clubs easier, quicker and more convenient.

Unlike many childcare providers, this is not an 'off-the-shelf' system. We have chosen to have a bespoke system developed specifically for Funtasia Kids Clubs. Over the past several months, I have been working closely with the software developers to ensure every aspect of the system is designed around the way we work and, most importantly, around what our families need.

Our aim has been to streamline processes, reduce paperwork and make everything as simple and convenient as possible for parents and carers. This is an ongoing project, and we are excited to continue adding new features over the coming months.

Phase One – Online Registration

The first phase of our new system is now being launched and all families are requited to complete the new online registration form. 

What you'll be able to do

• Complete your child's registration online.
• Update your contact details at any time.
• Inform us of changes to emergency contacts, medical information or collection arrangements.
• Keep your child's information accurate and up to date without having to complete paper forms.

We kindly ask that if any of your details change, such as your address, telephone numbers, emergency contacts or medical information, you update your account within 24 hours to ensure we always have the correct information in case of an emergency.

As you log into your account, you'll also notice a "Coming Soon" section. This will give you a preview of the exciting features that are currently being developed.

Over the coming months, the Parent Hub will continue to grow and will include:

• Online Before and After School Club bookings.
• Secure online payments.
• Access to invoices and payment history.
• Online Holiday Club bookings.
• Parent announcements.
• Digital forms and permissions.
• Policies and Procedures. 
• And many more features designed to make managing your childcare as easy as possible.

Because this system has been designed specifically for Funtasia Kids Clubs, we can continue to develop and improve it based on feedback from our families, ensuring it evolves to meet your needs.
